JAC's Wholesale has been in business since 1990. We are a family-owned business that started out dealing in a wide assortment of new wholesale merchandise. Over the years our business has changed and we now limit our sales to bulk-packed American-made acrylic photo frames in a variety of sizes and styles. We work hand-in-hand with the family business that manufactures the frames for our customers and strive to consistantly offer fast, friendly personalized service.
When we started over 20 years ago, our business was located in the tiny eastern North Carolina town of Blounts Creek (13 miles from the nearest stoplight). In 2005, we moved our warehouse to a 35,000 sq ft building in historic downtown Tarboro, North Carolina.
We are still a 2-person operation, a husband and wife team. Curt runs the warehouse portion of the business and Betty holds the office together. Business hours are 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday.

Frames In Stock & Ready To Ship

We do our best to keep an adequate quantity of all sizes and styles of frames in stock for your "Picture Frame Emergencies". We have a very close working relationship with the manufacturer of our frames and when necessary, to expedite shipping, we have orders shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Problem With Order

Placing a Order - $50.00 minimum order requirement.

It's easy to place an order with JAC's Wholesale. You may place your order in one of several convenient ways. The easiest way is to use our secure online shopping cart, just select the items that interest you and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting the items for your order, click the "Check Out" option. You will then be prompted to fill out the necessary information about you and your company. Name, address, phone, payment method, etc.
Our shopping cart is hosted on a secure server and is certified by VERISIGN as 100% safe and secure!

No international orders. We only accept orders with billing AND shipping addresses within the United States. We do not accept any orders that require us to fill out customs forms or any additional international paperwork.


North Carolina buyers must submit NC Sales And Use Tax ID # or be charged 7% NC Sales Tax.

Other ways to place an order: You can send your order to us via email, you can FAX it to us at (252) 823-5517, or you can simply call in during business hours and place your order by telephone. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. Phone: (252) 823-5510. If no answer, or after hours, please leave a message. We will call you back ASAP.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards. Credit card payments can be made online, by phone, by fax or by e-mail.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Shipping Time & Cost

We ship orders Monday through Friday using UPS ground shipping service. Most orders are shipped within one business day. Please note that orders placed online may have as much as a 3 to 4 hour delay before our website host server is refreshed and we receive the order.
Shipping costs are not automatically calculated when your order is placed. After you place your order, we package and weigh the items to calculate actual shipping charges based on the weight of the merchandise and delivery zipcode.

CONCERNED ABOUT HIGH SHIPPING?

Customers with delivery destinations within the 48 contiguous United States:

Shipping costs on most orders can be estimated at approximately 15% of your merchandise total. Larger orders generally have a lower shipping cost to merchandise cost ratio; while orders shipped to the West Coast may be slightly higher.

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii:
In most cases, your actual UPS shipping costs WILL exceed 50% of merchandise cost. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. This is your notification of high shipping costs. No other notification will be sent.


Expedited Shipping

To avoid disappointment: If you are in need of OVERNIGHT or EXPEDITED shipping PLEASE call us to confirm that the style/size frame you want is in stock and available to ship. Orders placed online may have as much as a 3 to 4 hour delay before our website host server is refreshed and we receive the order. Which means, an online order placed at noon may not be received by us in time to ship the same day. Be aware that expedited shipping can be VERY expensive. When you call ahead we can give you an estimate of shipping time and cost options.

Problem With Order

Damaged Goods: All packages are shipped via UPS. All packages shipped are insured for up to $100 per box. Please open your shipment immediately. Obvious damage should be reported to the carrier (UPS) within 24 hours. Concealed damage within 3 business days. Please retain all original packing materials with merchandise until claim is resolved. JAC's is not responsible for damages or shortages that may occur in transit and will not assist with damage claims beyond 7 days after receipt of goods.

Defective Goods: If merchandise is defective and not suitable for resale, we will issue credit equal to the price of the item. All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 10 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable. Returned items must be pre-authorized by JAC's. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returned Merchandise: Our policy is NO RETURNS for merchandise that is in the condition as described on our website. If you insist on returning merchandise, returned items must be pre-authorized by JAC's, in the same packaging and condition as when shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. No refunds are given. Your JAC's account will be issued credit toward your next order.
