JAC's Wholesale is a family-run business originally based in the tiny eastern North Carolina rural township of Blounts Creek. The business started in 1990 with June and Ace NeSmith and their son, Curt, a NC licensed auctioneer, selling merchandise from their Blounts Creek warehouse and at dealers' auctions statewide.
So much has changed since then; June and Ace retired, Curt married Betty, and together, with the help of the internet, this husband and wife team has grown JAC's Wholesale into a web-based wholesale distributorship serving thousands of satisfied customers across America. The warehouse is now located in a 35000 sq ft building just off Main Street in beautiful downtown historic Tarboro, NC.

Although we carry a wide range of closeout and liquidated merchandise perfect for small retail shops and sellers, our biggest selling items are our low-cost American-made Acrylic Photo Frames. Orders for these frames now make up over 85% of our business.

Problem With Order

Placing a Order - $50.00 minimum order requirement.

It's easy to place an order with JAC's Wholesale. You may place your order in one of several convenient ways. The easiest way is to use our secure online shopping cart, just select the items that interest you and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting the items for your order, click the "Check Out" option. You will then be prompted to fill out the necessary information about you and your company. Name, address, phone, payment method, etc.
Our shopping cart is hosted on a secure server and is certified by VERISIGN as 100% safe and secure!

No international orders. We only accept orders with billing AND shipping addresses within the United States. We do not accept any orders that require us to fill out customs forms or any additional international paperwork.

North Carolina buyers must submit NC Sales And Use Tax ID # or be charged 7% NC Sales Tax.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards. Credit card payments can be made online, by phone, by fax or by e-mail.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Shipping Time & Cost

We ship orders Monday through Friday using UPS ground shipping service. Most orders are shipped within one business day. Please note that orders placed online may have as much as a 3 to 4 hour delay before our website host server is refreshed and we receive the order.
Shipping costs are not automatically calculated when your order is placed. After you place your order, we package and weigh the items to calculate actual shipping charges based on the number of boxes, the weight of the merchandise and your delivery address.

Acrylic Frames Customers:
Many of our frames customers are on tight budgets and appreciate a shipping cost estimate, from the experience of shipping frames to 1,000s of customers, we can tell you that most small frames orders have shipping costs at around 15%, while larger quantity orders may be as low as 5%.

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii:
In most cases, your actual UPS shipping costs may exceed 50% of merchandise cost. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Expedited Shipping

To avoid disappointment: If you are in need of OVERNIGHT or EXPEDITED shipping PLEASE call us to confirm that the style/size frame you want is in stock and available to ship. Orders placed online may have as much as a 3 to 4 hour delay before our website host server is refreshed and we receive the order. Which means, an online order placed at noon may not be received by us in time to ship the same day. Be aware that expedited shipping can be VERY expensive. When you call ahead we can give you an estimate of shipping time and cost options.

Problem With Order

Damaged Goods: All packages are shipped via UPS. All packages shipped are insured for up to $100 per box. Please open your shipment immediately. Obvious damage should be reported to the carrier (UPS) within 24 hours. Concealed damage within 3 business days. Please retain all original packing materials with merchandise until claim is resolved. JAC's is not responsible for damages or shortages that may occur in transit and will not assist with damage claims beyond 7 days after receipt of goods.

Defective Goods: If merchandise is defective and not suitable for resale, we will issue credit equal to the price of the item. All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 10 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable. Returned items must be pre-authorized by JAC's. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returned Merchandise: Our policy is NO RETURNS for merchandise that is in sellable condition as described on our website. If you insist on returning merchandise, returned items must be pre-authorized by JAC's, in the same packaging and condition as when shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. No refunds are given. Your JAC's account will be issued credit toward your next order.

Acrylic Frames Orders: Due to our extremely low prices on acrylic frames we get many non-merchant customer purchases. To avoid any misunderstandings regarding our policies on these frames we have clearly posted detailed information.
