We want all of our customers, whether purchasing frames for resale or for private use, to be happy with their purchase. We created this informational page, our F.A.Q. page, as well as the About Our Frames info provided in our shopping cart and detailed descriptions of each style of frame in our inventory, to help our customers to make informed purchases. We are Business To Business Wholesale Distributors. We Have Supplied Products to Merchants for Over 15 Years Our Merchandise Is Wholesale Priced for Profitable Resale By Our Customers. At one time only licensed merchants could purchase our frames.
By not requiring customers to present Sales & Use Tax ID when purchasing frames
we make it possible for schools, churches, non-profit organizations, party planners and others who purchase our frames for private use
to take advantage of our LOW prices.
HOWEVER
Whether purchasing frames for resale or for private use,
our policies for all of our customers are the same.
1) Our website disclaimer (repeated below) clearly describes possible flaws and minor defects to the frames that may occur during manufacture or shipping.
2) Claims for defective merchandise with "defects" as described in our disclaimer will not be honored.
3) NO RETURNS OF ACRYLIC FRAMES for any of the following reasons.
A) The frames don’t meet your need.
B) You ordered more than you needed.
C) You changed your mind.
D) The event was cancelled
E) You want to exchange them for a different style/size.
We apologize if these terms seem harsh. Our frames prices are low and our mark-up is minimal. Our profit is literally pennies of profit per dozen frames.
We value our customers and do our best to provide exceptional customer service. HOWEVER . . .
We are not a retail business and do not accept returns on resellable merchandise. You are buying at true wholesale and wholesale policies are different than for retail sales. If you have any questions or concerns PLEASE call us before placing an order. We are real people, easy to talk to, and we take pride in our good customer service. Although we would love to offer the best quality frames at the absolute lowest prices, we have no control over the manufacturing of these frames. The best we can do is provide information to our customers to inform them of quality issues that may occur. We have many repeat customers.
REGARDING THE QUALITY OF OUR ACRYLIC FRAMES: (Website Disclaimer)
Our picture frames are American made. Our manufacturer is a family business. They have been making these frames for over 20 years. The fact that they can produce these frames at prices that can compete with similar products made in China is outstanding. The frames are similar in quality to frames sold in dollar stores and discount department stores. They are affordably priced and perfect for occasions when a large number of inexpensive picture frames are needed. Although budget-conscious schools, churches, non-profit groups, restaurants, event planners and others have repeatedly purchased our frames and have been very satisfied with the quality for the price, some photographers and professionals seeking high quality frames (at discount prices) in which to display art or professional photographs have been disappointed by imperfections in the product. Our frames are mass produced, bulk-packed and offered as the lowest-priced American made frames available on the internet. The thickness of the hard acrylic used is .06" thick. To keep material costs low, the backs of the frames do not extend the full length. The frames are not individually bagged, they are bulk-packed by the dozen. Some of the frames MAY have minor scratches from this way they are packed. This occurs primarily with the magnetic frames if there is much shifting during transport. The actual sizes of the frames may differ from the standard (example: 3"x 5" frames are approximately 3 1/2" x 5"). Please read specific product descriptions for details.
The edges of the frames are not polished smooth. Some edges when folded may not align perfectly. Most are perfect, but there have been occasional reports of frame edges misaligned as much as 1/8". When placing frame orders for occasions when a specific number of frames will be needed,and a deadline must be met, we suggest that you allow for approximately 2% - 3% of the frames to be flawed or damaged by UPS during shipping and order extras accordingly to avoid last minute problems. We have sold 100,000s of these frames to scores of satisfied customers; customers who need basic inexpensive frames. If you are seeking a finely crafted frame, and cannot accept a small percentage of minor imperfections, you should probably shop elsewhere and pay more.
Would you like a sample frame?
Due to our extremely low mark-up, the cost of shipping a sample frame equals our profit margin for several dozen frames. We will send a sample frame, but require $5.00 for shipping and handling costs. Just contact us with your payment method and we'll send a sample by USPS Priority Mail.
Merchandise damaged during shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS. All shipments are insured for up to $100. Please open your shipment immediately and examine merchandise for damages. Report damages directly to UPS. CALL 1-800-PICKUPS (1-800-742-5877). You file the claim with UPS. UPS will then FAX the claim paperwork to us. We can then issue a refund. Obvious damage should be reported to UPS within 24 hours. Concealed damage within 3 business days. Please retain all original packing materials with merchandise until claim is resolved. JAC's is not responsible for damages or shortages that may occur in transist and will not assist with damage claims beyond 7 days after receipt of goods.
Returned Merchandise: Despite this informational page and our NO RETURNS policy, we still occasionally have customers that disregard our policies and ship unwanted merchandise back to us. We do not give refunds. We do not refund shipping costs, nor do we accept packages sent with C.O.D. shipping. For merchandise returned to us in original packaging and condition, we charge a 25% restocking fee and issue credit toward the customer's next order.
